Draco nobilis by t

Finished this a while ago, in blue ballpoint originally, but just could scrape the time to clean it up and make it nice digitally
I thought of Cyan Bloodbane from Dragonlance originally, but he turned out looking much wiser than Cyan, and not evil so i abandoned the idea..
background of many stuff, some annika von holdt brushes, some other brushes i have in my library, some photos, and stuff drawn or tinted by hand.
